Marec 2007 - August 2007 Curators - Zora Rusinová a Alexandra Kusá The exhibition From the Aqusitions od contemporary art - Objects and Installations will not leave anyone in doubts because it offers exactly what is mentioned in the title. In the industrial spaces of the Esterhazy Palace suterain a survey of the recent aquisitions in National Gallery collections is on view. Curators of the exhibition have decided that it will be a part of the long-term exhibition cycle of contemporary art aquisitions. For example video art, contemporary painting or sculpture. This decision has been made due to reduction of gallery spaces. Besides of introductuction of gallery aquisitions activities, Slovak National Gallery wants to support also a contemporary art exhibition program.
