Zvolen Castel

After extensive preservation and reconstruction in the 1950s and 1960s, the premises of the castle were placed under the administration of the Slovak National Gallery. Currently permanent exhibitions are on the display in the castle and temporary exhibitions or educational programmes take place here. Permanent exhibitions are focused on Gothic art and Old Art in Slovakia.

Opening Hours

Open daily except Mondays and Thusday from 10:00 a.m. – 17:30 p.m., the last entry 16:45 p.m.
(from 1 October to 30 April open daily except Mondays and Thusdays)
